We know that your time is important. If you are a new patient, please arrive at our office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to complete the necessary paperwork needed for your appointment. For returning patients, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This extra time allows us to get you through the check-in process and update any information that is needed.

Method Of Payment
Kush Dental provides affordable dental care for everyone. We accept cash, checks with valid ID, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Financing
We offer CareCredit financing to make dental treatments affordable to our patients.
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and, in most cases, checks with valid ID. We also accept most insurances. The practices offer financing through CareCredit, Lending Club, and Bright Smile.
Medicaid
Medicaid is a state-funded program that may assist adults in obtaining denture or extraction services. If you qualify for Medicaid assistance, visit us, and we'll provide you with quality dental care, and we also accept Share-of-Cost insurance.
Payment From Third-Party Care Providers
We have third-party care provider relationships with government and social service organizations, nursing homes, retirement home facilities, hospices, hospitals, and home health agencies. Organizations such as Veterans Affairs often use the denture services offered by the practices to supplement the services they provide within the VAMC. We encourage you to talk to us about any payment issues you may have concerning your dental care, and we will help you with a payment plan that fits your budget.
Dental Insurance Information
For your dental insurance, the practice will help you with appropriate paperwork and statement. Our professional staff can help you calculate the costs so you can make the best decision on the service you wish to receive.
If you provide us with your dental insurance information, we will be glad to call your insurance company to verify your coverage and type of plan you have. We will also file your claim, but remember you are ultimately responsible for all charges.
We will estimate to the best of our ability the amount you are responsible for paying. These estimates are not guarantees that the insurance company will pay the amount left. You are responsible for paying the remaining portion not covered by insurance for services at the time service is rendered. Your portion would include deductibles and any non-covered procedures. If you have any questions about your dental insurance benefits, please call our office at (321) 274-9906, and the staff will be glad to answer any questions you have.
